Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. We will provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions
3. Package the item securely in its original packaging
4. Include the return authorization number and proof of purchase
5. Ship the package to the address we provide

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. Refund processing typically takes 5-10 business days after we receive your return. Your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for purchase.

Refund Amounts:

• Original purchase price will be refunded for items returned in original condition
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.)
• If you received a discount or promotion, the refund will reflect the amount you actually paid

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account after we process it.
